The burger is pretty good even if the price is quite high. The size on the other hand... Take the big mac, getting ever smaller and smaller, this burger is even smaller than that and it was 12.99... The fries are very average as well, would probably not come here again unfortunately. Not looking to pay $15 for a snack

I and my husband tried to eat here last Friday. We ordered the OG cheeseburger that comes in a meal and it was tasty. The poutine is not bad either, also their milkshake is good. The store was clean, nice ambience but I find the floor slippery. The staff were nice and attentive too.

Not a do over for me. The burger was okay, similar to the In-N-Out Burger in the USA; nothing to get excited about. The fries were good and lots of them.  We asked for ours to be extra crispy and they were really good. The shakes were amazing  and you could add one to your combo for only $2 more… well worth it and similar to Shake Shack’s!

For some reason this location is always consistently lower quality than any other Burger's Priest. It is very comparable to a McDonald's burger thin, cooked well done, no exterior crust just a tasteless grey patty for 3x the cost. I think the kitchen needs to be retrained to maintain the standards of this franchise.  Would recommend Burger Factory instead

Hi, I visit this location several times, and 90% of time i find the meal good. I have visited a few times in the evening and my meal has been less than satisfactory. I would recommend hiring more professional staff for the evening hours Feb.24.2023. Lots of goofing around and tossing food while preparing customer meals. Fries not crispy, bun hardly toasted and a half container of gravy. Pretty disappointed in the service, which makes the meal that much less enjoyable.

First they didn’t bring out the full food order. And then we asked for no salt on the burgers and it was disgusting how much salt they put on them. I don’t use that much salt in a week never mind on a burger. Won’t be going back anytime soon. The best part of the meal was the pop they couldn’t screw that up.

Burger was paper thin, very crispy not burnt, but awkwardly crispy and very dry. Also, they got the toppings wrong.  This place used to have juicy burgers so in the past when they'd mess up the toppings for the order, it wouldn't feel like a waste because the burger itself was still good.  But when the burger isn't good, having the wrong toppings put on it makes it kind of gross. It genuinely felt like I was eating something from Harvey's and, like, a 16 year old 'cook' was manning the grill. Given the cost of the burger, this doesn't seem good enough.  This place used to be very good and very reliable. Wish they'd get it together.

We used to love coming here. The past couple of times it’s not been the same. Different buns, burgers not as tasty, smaller portions of fries And came out cold. They kindly got us a new order. More concerning was it seemed their exhaust fans weren’t working as it was very smokey in there. The floors were dirty/slippery I nearly fell and tables were dirty. I hope they get this sorted out as it’s always been delicious and clean before!  EDIT - I sent an email as requested in their reply with no response.

This is an average joes burger place. Didn’t blow my mind when eating these burgers and the prices are high considering they are average. 10 bucks for a chicken burger not including tax no side or drinks and 12 bucks for a beef burger again with no drink or side. I wouldn’t mind paying this if the burgers were built different. But they aren’t.

Ordered a bacon double cheese burger and poutine. Order was ready on time, cooked perfectly and tasted great. Staff were friendly and well trained. Restaurant was clean and nicely lit.  Parking: Big shopping mall parking lot.
