Rocky's Drive-In

Made it out for a visit to Rocky’s with my Pops! We’ve been coming to this shop since I was a young child! Hot dogs are good, burgers are fair, fries and onion rings are still delicious! I made him smile THREE times, so don’t let anyone tell ya he’s grumpy! He even fried some onions up for me, but shhhhhh… don’t let him know I told ya! Looking for a great little visit to the past, be sure to pop into this original lil joint in Guelph!

Have been coming here for decades. Usually just once or twice a year as I live out of town. Haven't been yet? Best get there and try it! Great hotdogs & fries. The owner and staff are great. And it's just a cool place.

First time at Ricky's Drive-in since I moved to Guelph last year. We came as per my wife recommendation. Now, I'm kinda mad of why she didn't bring me here before... their hotdogs are amazing, best ones I have ever had. Don't get me wrong, I know many people will say that Costco ones are good. Well, they are, but the don't compare to Ricky's, they are just amazingly delicious... totally worth it Their onion rings are great as well. We had milkshakes... hmmmm, I already want to come back. All the food and beverages that we ordered were amazing... totally worth it and delicious. Fully recommended Open from 11am to 7pm. From mid March to Mid October

Been going to this place since I was a kid, sure it's fast food, the owner might be one of the characters from "grumpy old men" lol, but it's a classic place. If you haven't been it's a must try, Good food. Old school vibe. Great place to stop before going to the drive in

This place is awesome for a quick bite to eat outside on a nice day, the poutine is a good rendition and the hotdogs are perfect as they come. I enjoyed the chilidog and the folding benches. Great place to go when you are with a dog.

A very old skool style diner emulating the 50s. Simple menu of hot dogs, hamburgers, fries and shakes. They do beef dogs too, just ask! They may have halal options as well just request or call in advance. Good old fashioned hot dogs wth all the trimmings and a nice patio to eat them on.

Rocky's is a family experience/tradition for me and many people who grew up in Guelph. They get their hamburger patties made locally. The burgers are small but tasty. Although the relish, which I my opinion made them famous, it is also the history. Driving up to the building takes you back in time. Saturday night on your way to the Mustang Drive In theater everyone stopped at Rocky's. Nostalgia and good hotdogs and burgers. They even have a vegetarian option.

Went there today for a milkshake. I was really excited to read many comments on how great they were. Drove away and chucked it after 3 sips. Not a real milkshake with some powdery gunk on the surface. Waste of $7: Went directly to marble slab. Now that’s a real milkshake.

We went to this restaurant for the first time because we heard it was so good. The burger was tiny and not much on it even though I asked for everything. No lettuce or tomato. Just condimenta and onions. Beef was so small! I’ll bet it wasn’t even 4 ounces. Fries we just ok. Gravy was just ok. Won’t be going back. Totally agree….. I don’t know what the draw is to this place other then for those who grew up in Guelph it’s a reminder of days gone by.

We go to Rocky’s once a week the whole summer! It is one of my favourite places! The “grumpy” guy is awesome and we think he’s great! You have to go to Rocky’s when in Guelph!
