Boon Burger

This location has very friendly staff and is nicely decorated inside the restaurant. The food is amazing! This is a great place to bring your friends and family that are gluten free and vegan skeptics. I brought the Joe burger, the Boon burger and the spicy buffalo burger to my carnivorous family and they said that the sauces were amazing, the buns were great and the flavour of the patties was good but the texture was too soft. However, they enjoyed the experience overall! We ordered take out and the burgers were wonderful and warm! Definitely recommend!

Pros- Good selection of vegan burger patties, and all are without soy which I really appreciate. Wide array of vegan toppings some which imitate bacon and cheese and are actually really good even for non-vegans pricey. Small cafe seating with lots of plugs for people doing work on laptops. Cons- Came to $50 for two of us to have a burger, share poutine and have two drinks. No air conditioning and was quite warm inside even with the door open. No ice for drinks and the water came from a tap and was only room temperature.

Friendly staff + delicious food = always an amazing lunch. I have eaten here almost once a week ok, not really, but if I eat out this is a top pick of mine since opening, and can't get enough. The salads are amazing! My fave burgers are the yogi and phish taco on the chickpea patty. The staff and owner are always so pleasant and efficient. Street parking only. GF options also available. Beyond expectations! The garlic flat bread with humus, tzatziki and olive tapenade was perfect, I would change nothing other than ordering 2 next time. The Chickpea BBQ deluxe burger was far beyond my expectations and the pineapple ring put it over the top. I am a meat eater and don't think that will change but this is without question the best burger I've had this year. Highly recommend giving Boon Burger a go, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Love the concept but the two times I've eaten here the burger is dry and warm, not hot. I'm happy to spend money to support a vegan restaurant but I wish they were more generous with the sides. The burger buns are fantastic and there's good options for burger toppings.

This place is absolutely delicious! The poutine was addicting and the white burger patty is delicious as well. There are lots of options available on the menu whether you're feeling like a burger, pizza or a sandwich there is probably something good. They also have a large selection of drinks to try. The restaurant itself is well designed and very cozy and modern.

Excellent atmosphere, great service. Their menu has so many great options! We got the plain poutine, Joe burger with a chickn patty, backyard burger, and a ceasar salad and everything was super filling, and great quantity for the price. Absolutely reccomend this place!

This place is so good! I got the backyard BBQ with a pulled jackfruit poutine side. The burger and poutine were delicious. At first I didn't think it was vegan because of the animals on the menu, but I'm really glad it is! Definitely going to be coming back, the service was so nice and very fast!

It was my first visit to Boon Burger and it totally lived up to the hype. We had the Mexican and Big Fat Greek Burger. The burgers were incredible. The wait time was totally reasonable for lunchtime on a Saturday. The staff member that helped us was so friendly and attentive. I ordered a pizza to take home for later and they offered to wait to make it for me until when we were almost done lunch. I have just warmed up the pizza for dinner and it's absolutely incredible. I will definitely be back to try all of the other burgers!

Food is great and worth the try. Really love the oven baked French fries. My only complaint would be on the state of the restaurant; employees weren't on top of clearing tables and wiping them down for new guests. The floors also needed a good sweep.
