Worst Store ever. DONT GO HERE. This is my 3rd/4th experience over here. I asked for fresh crispy chicken sandwich and they gave me re-fried chicken in my sandwich. Horrible. It’s chewy, dry and super oily. They have done similar thing in past. Guys working here think customers are dumb and that we don’t understand difference between fresh chicken and re-fried chicken. Disgusted.
PUBLIC WARNING do not eat here. Not sure how a chain allows a store in these conditions. 1. Poor service - I was pretty much ignored at the cash register in an empty restaurant 2. Dirty - went to the washroom and couldn’t wash my hands because no water comes out of the tap. Looked filthy and old. 3. There was no ice and the sweet tea comes out room temp 4, kids play place is always blocked off by a dumpster 5. The booths, ceilings, floors and walls were filthy and heavily damaged 6. The tray with my food was thick with grime and sticky Will never ever eat at this location, there are very low standards kept here.
November 6 2022 I ordered from this location on Uber eats. Do not ever order from here. There was a full on dead insect IN my apple pie that I got from here. Since then I have not be able to trust a single chain restaurant. Uber eats did nothing other than refund my money. Which in no way makes up for what happened. At all. As you can see in the image the tail end of the bug was hanging out AFTER I ate half the apple pie not knowing
I am giving one star because the person taking my order was horrible to me. This is Sunday, lunch time staff. Don't know the name of the woman but she was so rude. I didn't get the name of the burger right and rather than explaining me the deal, she smirked and acted condescending. As someone who finds it difficult to order because of anxiety, I felt humiliated and judged. She was herself a person of color, as me, and yet it felt embarrassing. I just ordered a random thing and left but obviously didn't enjoy my meal. The staff needs to be trained on how to be polite and explain the freaking deals. Those burger names aren't easy to remember, so cut us some slack. The least you can do as a server is not be condescending about explaining things.
I waited 15 minutes in the drive through with two cars ahead who also waited a long time. Seems there was two people working. My short burger was cold, but the fries were hot? How long was it sitting there?There were two cars in the parking lot.Burger King if your staffed close down, do not waste our gas. I even shut my car off I waited that long. Shut down the drive through if no staff. My burger taste burnt and the sauce had a weird taste. I hope I don't get sick!
Love my Whopper with cheese... staff were ok, obviously rather be somewhere else but that's cool... I really only go once and a while, don't really eat much fast food anymore anyways. But let me tell ya, when I do... nothing beats the Whopper!Food: 4/5
Went there for lunch and I don't think I'll be back. Lady at drive through window had the personality of a badger, fries were luke-warm, burger was stone cold and ice tea tasted like water with a slight dark tint and a mild hint of sugar. Yuk ...... I never give reviews but this was deserved. AVOID!
Literally go save your time and money someplace else. The inside is absolutely disgusting and appalling, the amount of flies swarming the soda dispensers and the floors are sticky. - The sprite tastes like someone else's backwash, the fries are inconsistent, all cold and either soggy cardboard with no salt or your biting into the Dead Sea. In general, the burger itself is horrible and not enough can be said on how bad it is without the review being hidden. The best way to describe the patty itself, is if you took all the fat and beef scum left over and blended it with last night's batch to make a new patty, that would be it. Do Not Go Here.
I ordered 4 whopper meals, they give me 3 sandwiches only with 4 fries and 4 drink. When I called them, instead of apologizing they were questioning like I was lying to them. When I asked for a credit as I live half an hour away, and will pick it up tomorrow, they refused. I got really upset and asked the employees that instead of saying sorry, and that it was their fault and will gladly give me a credit, they were very rude and and the guy hang up on me. When I called back to ask for a manager, another employee she hang up. I kept calling and they kept hanging up. And also the sprite drink didn’t taste like sprite. It was disgusting. The owner should teach the employees how to treat their customers and more likely they should improve the quality of the food and the service. Very disappointed
Burger King has their "7 days of deals emails". I tried to order the special today only to find out while trying to order on the app that the owner has decided not to honour the offer. The new owners need to smarten up. Obviously have no clue how to run a franchise. There are so many other places to get food. I'm done with this dump. Bye.
