The Brick

Worst Experience Ever. I bought a 900$ mattress from brick and when i slept on it i was not comfortable so i called them on the next day of delivery. They said there is no refund policy and they cannot do anything about my discomfort in sleeping. The manager mathew said nothing can be done. I miss ikea where they give 90 days money back guarantee to customers for there satisfaction. And i am never ever going back to brick and will not recommend anyone to go there..they deserve 0 stars.

I sent my family down yesterday to buy a fridge and dishwasher which I planned to pay for them for their new home. They received the worst service from a female salesperson there. All she could say is “I cannot do that”. She ended up turning her back on them and walking away. What kind of service is that? She needs to take a customer service course or get out of that business. I have spent alot of money at the Vernon store and have always been treated with respect and they are very helpful so, I thought they would be in good hands there. I guess I was wrong.

Excellent sales service from Bryan. Went for a mattress he was very helpful. He ended up getting a 4800 king mattress not on sale to 2150 with box springs. We ended up buying a TV pillows, sheets and covers. All not advertised as sales but they made it all worth buying buy offering great prices.
