Staples Duncan

My husband and I are beyond happy with the Tech staff at Staples in Duncan. We had purchased a laptop for our business that was recommended by a tech staff from a different store and it was horrible. We brought it into the Duncan location for a return and they were surprised that laptop had been recommended to us. Trish and Ryan set us up with a great system and helped to make sure we had everything we needed for starting up our small business. We were so impressed with the customer service from them as they definitely went above and beyond to help us. We will be going to this location for all of our business needs from now on. Thanks Trish and Ryan!

Good service, knowledgeable staff and competitive prices on many items. Carry a bit of everything needed (office/school) wise. In house service for electronics. Do not cell cell phones, so save yourself a trip.

Doesn't seem like much staff on the floor. And if you see one, they will be either busy or "looking" busy walking by. Don't count on being helped anytime soon. One employee stood at a till and helped one or two people while I waited in the line to send out a fax. As I only need to send out a fax once a year or so, I'm not familiar with how their system works. She came over after a line up formed. Said "Oh, you JUST want to send out a fax". I replied "Yes, as I had read, I need to put money on a card so I can". Then with an annoyed voice, "Well for future reference, you can go to any cashier to load money on to a card". Well thanks, for standing at your till and noticing customers needed help, then you proceed to stand there. Then once you notice more customers come, you finally come to help. Sorry for pulling you away from your "post".

"I don't think you want to buy this ". While at the cash register with hand in pocket , were the words from a "sales clerk" who was as unknowledgeable as you could be with a side of argument. The store manager thought this type of occurrence happens and it's my opinion that neither I nor anyone I know have heard of this happen , ever.. Sorry sir I have spoken with several managers all of whom are outraged at not only your staffs response and actions but your words to " develop and train." This nonsense is beyond training and shows nothing but an overly rude childish person allowed in a business. Head office used the words discipline , obviously a BC manager in a tiny town knows much better. Never again will I walk into this store.
