I am back..and happy too! After hunting around for a couch or sectional. I found one..and this is probably the first sectional I have ever loved! Makes me feel good to sit in my living room now ; Thank you Arrons for the exceptional service..especially Shauna she's amazing!

We just purchased a sectional/chaise lounge from the Duncan store. I had to write a review. Harold! You are the best, you stayed open after hours so we could pick up our sectional. You were unbelievably kind, respectful and all around a great human! You deserve a raise! We love our sectional and we love the service we received. We will defiantly be coming back! It's a crime what they get away with. Charging poor people 50% interest and calling it rent to own Follow up: Aaron's customer service replied with a typical generic response that has nothing to do with the overall issue of them scamming people. This type of reply to an negative review is actually more harmful to their business because now we know that their customer service is virtually non existent and a waist of time.

I have to leave these guys a 5 star rating. Literally they have been head over heels for customer support since I started getting stuff with them.

I have been at Aarrons store since they open They are fantastic people in there Everyone there is super friendly. And they welcome me into the store all the time I have 14 things from Aarrons in Duncan and I will continue to shop there they are very good on there agreement and if any thing go wrong before its payed out right they take care of things and the delivery is super as well

Terrible for anything electronic.If i could give no stars i would. NEVER EVER BUY A COMPUTER FROM THEM!!!! I did and when it broke down and was brought in. They told me the warranty was void because it was tempered with. Then they said it was a mother board failure BULL. I got it back and had a look no it the wrong hard drive a 2007 180G toshiba sata 2 with vista in it so it wouldn't boot windows! It had 2012 500G acer sata 3 with windows 8 paid for when i bough it! I have since then bought a new hard drive and installed windows it works fine. Sadly I'm now out $80 for a simple fix that should have been caught and fixed for free!

Many different options inside this large store. They seem to mainly do furniture.

Another used t.v bites the dust! Hate getting things from these rental places. Do not get used items!!!Small claims court..we are looking into it

Ths store is a joke, they only call and follow up for a payment, they WILL NOT HONOUR THE CONTRACTS , they will deflect and provide zero service when needed, rent from them and keep the goods run them out of business
