I purchased my nursing chair here. Not only was the customer service amazing, my chair is exactly what I had been looking for, and I had so many to choose from! I will absolutely be coming back when I need any other furniture in the future

I just wanted to write a review on the excellent service Ballums Furniture has done for my mother and brother. Jim has been an amazing and understanding person with them. The personal service they recieved from him and the delivery guys was awesome, bringing chairs back and forth for my elderly mother and sick brother until they were happy and comfortable with the product. This has been incredible experience. Thank you Jim and to all your staff for making it so much easier for my family. Thankyou.
Great service, happy people willing to help and never pushy! We had changed our mind on a couple of things and they never made us feel bad about it. They helped us find what we needed with a smile. Very impressed with Ballam Furniture on Young Road in Chilliwack B.C.
We had a Dutailier glider chair that creaked badly. We took it to Ballam's furniture store in Chilliwack. The salesman was very helpful and told us that they would have a look at it and let us know if it could be fixed. We took it in on Thursday morning and by Friday we could pick it up all fixed no more sqeaks. Talk about quick and friendly service!! Thank you so much Ryan for your help and cheerful service.
