Horrible experience here, service counter staff just points in a direction and doesn't offer any assistance. Place smells of rubber making it poorly ventilated. Staff seem to not enjoy working at this location. Making it difficult to enjoy shopping. If you need assistance and can't make it to the Barrie location. I suggest asking the people in the back for help. They were the only ones that offered any assistance.

Terrible experience - High pressure Mastercard Credit Card sales people stalking people throughout the store, asking extremely personal information. Will not allow you to shop after you say you are not interested, will not back off. Literally follow you around the store after you say "no". I am so disgusted, will never go near this place again!

Good selection for most departments. Garden centre needed some work this year but I guess it's hard to compete with the big stores. Cashiers are always friendly. Can be long lineups sometimes. Still a good all around store.

This store never seems to fail at disappointing me. It seems that every time I buy an appliance or a tool, or something that needs to be assembled here it is either damaged or missing pieces or straight up broken. I swear that when someone returns something here staff pay special attention to only making sure that the packaging looks new before the item goes back on the shelf.
