Lies! Lies! Lies! We have purchased from the brick many times but it ends here. Purchased a sectional in December. I was told there was going to be a bit of a wait. When we went and sat down they told me I wouldn't get it until the following month which would have been January. I sat down we paid went through all the details and at the end he's like oh it looks like one portion of the couch will not be in until March I backed up my chair and said I don't want the couch. We were purchasing a couch because we need one now. He said don't worry don't worry don't worry I assure you you'll get the couch in January there must be a glitch. I went in and January still no couch went in February was guaranteed February 27th with many apologies. no couch. it is now March and I still don't have a couch. Talk to them on the 27th and they said my couch was just coming in off the truck. They said I could get it on Saturday which would be March 3rd. Called on the Friday to ensure delivery and they apologized and said my couch is there but I can't get it till Sunday. They said this is for sure this time. So we moved out our furniture and cancelled our plans and waited all day Sunday which is today. Called again and the guy said no your couch is not here it's not coming in until next weekend. So this is where we stand now. This has been the most horrible experience I'm sitting in the middle of my living room on a bloody out door chair. I will never ever purchase anything from here again and I recommend everybody stays away from this location.

Awesome experience today with Raj. He was funny made me feel totally welcome took me to exactly what i wanted and I spent not a penny more then i wanted too. Awesome sales awesome people all around amazing experience Thanks guys... I'll be back!

No customer service! Judgemental staff! I don’t ever write reviews but I was so disgusted at their rudeness. I walked by about 4 sales people and I couldn’t even get them to look at me let alone help me. I had 2 sales guys (same 2 that I just watched walk away and avoid me), turn around to speed walk right past me to greet a young couple walking in the store. I had just purchased a new mattress set at the Heritage Meadows location and had awesome service and was going to purchase/order the rest of my furniture at the Sunridge location as it was closer to me. I got rid of most of my furniture before I moved so I needed to re-furnish almost every room. They just lost a huge sale and I will never go back there!

Worst customer service if you have any problems with your furniture. My sectional began to come apart at the seams in one area, it took 2-3 months and emailing 4 different people to even get someone to come look at the couch (I paid for “all coverage 5 year warranty” when I bought the couch in 2016). They had excuses upon excuses. Finally someone comes and tells me it’s an easy fix, and the store will call me back in approx 5 days to arrange someone to come and fix it. 2 weeks go by and nothing. Today I call the store to follow up again on the service and am informed they don’t have the tools to fix a seam... I then got transferred to someone who pretended to be a manager. And then eventually to an actual manager who spoke to me condescendingly, like I was wasting his time. Absolutely horrible. This makes me sick. I would never recommend using the brick to anyone.

Such a bad customer service can not explain. First deal with brick is worst. Will never go back in future and never recommend to anybody
