This Best Buy has amazing employees. Employee named Yash went above and beyond to make sure I got the answer I was looking for. Employee with sound knowledge of the tech Best buy sells are an asset. Plus I noticed this Best buy is huge with a wide variety of tech ranging from home appliance, smartphone, wearables, sound bars, gaming pc, monitors and much more. This store has also demo units of home thetre system, gaming computers with free game play. There are clean and well maintained public washrooms and ample parking space. This indeed is a busy Best buy and employees like Yash makes the experience exceptional. This will be my go to Best Buy from now on. I went there for Oura ring but with the sound knowledge of Yash who explained me every little details of these brand new wearable tech and help me make my right choice. We were choosing a gaming monitor here. Two sales assistants couldn’t answer basic questions like “What’s the difference between these two monitors?” One of them replied, “Well, maybe one is newer, and the other is older, but I’m not sure.” What?? How is this supposed to help in choosing a gaming monitor?nnI don’t like this servicennAnd everything took forever... We waited a long time for them to bring out the monitor that we had chosen ourselves.nnWe spent several hours comparing monitors in the store. If the sales assistants had been competent, we would have made our choice quickly and left happy, saving our time. It’s a shame it turned out this way.
AVOID this location! Went in yesterday only to wander around for 25 minutes looking for assistance. I finally found someone who “paged” someone BUT no one showed up! I will use my gift card at a different location!nI ended up leaving and went to VISIONS where I received superior service. Go to Visions- Memory Express down the street, folks!nnBest Buy: Improve or you’ll be shutting down soon enough.nnI’d give 0 stars if possible…
I remember when it was Future Shop… the modern Best Buy style and aesthetic selling the items of today. Staff is generally fine here, quite helpful today. Decently solid experience.
