Great selection on all tech and gaming and 4K televisions. Best Buy has everything you need for your technology. I had a great experience with geek squad when the manager gave me a great deal for my iPhone 17 pro max screen protector. Only took 15 minutes are a bit after to apply the screen protector.
Visited the store looking for a gaming computer, lenovo legion. At first I was begging for help for sellers but no one seemed to be really interested in selling me anything. Then found a guy who helped me but didn’t give much attention to my needs, also didn’t give any explanation and wrong information about the product, like missing cables. That being said that part that upset me the most is that the seller suppose to have sent me a digital copy of my receipt and a key that would enable me retrieve a promotion from intel in order to receive 2 games battlefield 6 and another one. After reaching out to customer service they said only the store could give me this key and tried multiple times to contact the store and nothing. Frustrated ended up loosing the intel promotion.nnThe product Lenovo legion tower pc is great and am loving it but the service at this store is poor.nn** Read This **nEdit: I contacted customer service as the answer below mentioned, they couldn't do anything and said it was a mistake from the store that didn't include my email in the purchase neither sent me anything online. The seller wasn't paying attention on what he was doing and talking to his friend in another language not even looking at me. Ended up losing the offer and the games. Hence I enforce my 1 star review and surely won't buy anything else from this store.
I went to Best Buy to browse for a monitor for video editing. While looking around, an employee around mid-50s, Indian gentleman with glasses approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was just browsing, and he left — but then came back shortly after to ask again what kind of monitor I was looking for. I explained I needed one mainly for editing and color grading.nnInstead of showing me budget-friendly or mid-range monitors, he only pushed the most expensive ones on the Best Buy website. When I told him I wouldn’t buy without seeing it in person, he insisted that I should just buy it and return it if I didn’t like it. I clearly said I wasn’t comfortable doing that. He kept showing me high-end options way outside my budget, even after I explained I already invested over $4,000 in my MacBook.nnWhen I asked about more affordable options, he dismissed them as “not good” and pushed me again toward overpriced monitors. Then, when I mentioned my MacBook, he shockingly said, “Oh, so you can’t return it and buy this PC.” That was incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary.nnLater, I picked up a portable SD card reader, and unfortunately, the same employee rang me up. His tone was rude, and he made a point of saying “it’s not refundable if you open it” in a very unfriendly way.nnOverall, I left the store completely disappointed. I understand employees are there to make sales, but there’s a respectful and helpful way to do that — and this was the exact opposite. I won’t be returning to this store again. Stay away from that kind of service.
This driver was driving erratically in a rain storm, roads are slick and he was speeding carelessly, this driver was inches from smoking me in the rear.nnDo better Best Buy perhaps make sure your drivers take driving lessons before being handed vehicles of these sizes.
Went in with my husband right before closing to grab our iPhone 17 Pro Max. Akil in the phone section was awesome. he stayed late just to help us out and made sure we were all set before leaving. Really appreciate the great service.
