Gentleman in computers was very helpful. We were looking for a screen protector for a tablet. He said they cut a sheet to size and install it for you price perhaps $40. To me not having the hassle of trying to get it to fit with no bubbles would be worth the cost. He also said it comes with a lifetime warranty. If it scratches they replace it no charge. Not a bad deal.

Great customer service & excellent deals. Sometimes you have to wait a bit if there is line. Since store is huge so expect some delays during holidays while checking out

very unprofessional staff: my dad (who is a senior) yesterday went to the store along with the bill receipt if we can have the printer replaced (since we had geek asquad warranty for 2 years) and someone who was working yesterday did not checked properly and told my dad that we can have printer replaced However today when my dad went to replace the printer the girl at the desk told my dad that you can't have the replacement and you have to call the manufacturer. we are pissed not because we cant have the replacement but because he has to bring all the way back through the public transport because they day before someone of your staff said that sure the printer can be replaced. train your employees properly and if someone ask to check for something kindly check precisely.

I just bought a new iPhone today. Got home and it doesn’t work, says “no service” so I have been calling Bestbuy for an hour and no one has answered. When I was in the store earlier there was next to no people. I know they aren’t busy. The deal I got today was good but I’m very upset with the lack of help they are giving and that no one is taking the time to answer the phone after calling over 18 times...

about to buy a product cost $40 using my best buy credit card, but then cashier said not allowed anymore to use that card under $250. What a waste of time. why they didnt let us know in our email that u can't use it for small thing. that's crazy.
