Hey, Home Hardware decision-makers: 2x4 x8 spruce price is posted $4.98 on Home Depot website but not Home Hardware website, nor in the flyer. I can go to Home Depot after supper or on Sunday but not Home Hardware. Why not disclose prices? Trust a tough thing to get back once you lose it. Just sayin.

Looked at tub surrounds, guy not very knowledgeable, basically told us to go on line and look at what we wanted and on line would tell us if in stock or availability. Displays not noted very well as what the stock # would be.

This is a great home hardware. The folks that work there are knowledgeable and friendly. Very rarely have I left empty handed cause they didn't have what I needed.

One of my favorite hardware stores. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped me out with some real "out of the box" solutions to some of my problems. They have saved my bacon on many occasions. Lumber yard has everything you need at reasonable prices.

We routinely visit Kidd's Home Hardware and constantly receive great service. The staff is helpful, friendly and go out of their way to assist. The entire staff at Kidd's are by far the most helpful and friendly I have encountered, this is so rare in todays climate! We were just here on the weekend and what we came to purchase was out of stock. It was promptly re-ordered and the offer was made to deliver to our house. That is above and beyond customer service!!!!!

A good selection of the materials we needed for our project and the staff at the lumber desk and in the lumber yard were helpful.

Was great in 2020 when I moved back to the area. Now very different atmosphere. Not friendly, wasn’t welcoming in store. Ladies at the front playing mask police. I go to North Bay or Huntsville now just to avoid this place. Wish we could support local! Come on Sundridge, I thought we were better than that!

Your staff physically assault customers! There is absolutely no excuse for this!! A Canadian store- “community and the common good is simply good business” your ethics statement is false. I am embarrassed to have such a company claim to represent Canadians.

They have no compassion for their customers, and they assaulted a woman after she was trying to explain that she has medical reasons why she can’t wear a mask. I’m totally disgraced with the store and they’re horrible attitude to a customer. He should be charged with assault. Horrible store
