Great staff answered all my question was able to port my number from my other carrier no problem they explained everything to me and made sure I understood it before I left store they didn't rush me during the whole visit I'm very happy with my Google Pixel 2

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Tried to get a new connection. The store manager Anwar handled the case. He tried to port my no from a previous provider. Had me wait 45 mins before telling me it can't be done and 'cancelled' the account. 1 week later I get a bill for an account that should not even exist. When I came back to the store, they told me its not their fault and to 'deal with this problem' via the helpline. Glad I never switched to Roger's.

Customer service was absolutely great. Were able to give great deals compared to Best Buy mobile or even Costco.

Worst customer service ever. I put a phone on hold for pickup, they took my name and attached it to the phone. I arrive and they sell it the person in line in front of me with the reasoning of "first come first served." Why take my name and attach it to the phone if you make up policy on the fly? Ravi then lies and says he told me it was first come first served on the phone call we had. Why would he put my name on the phone then? Obviously that wasn't his policy when I phoned in to reserve the phone. I phoned Head Office twice to report this and they both agreed this was not good service. They are going to follow up for me.

Very poor customer service. I visited the store on Dec 19, 2017 at around 7:00pm and wanted to change my plan to the $60/month for 10GB. The employee working that night advised me that I cannot make changes at the store and that I would have to call the call centre. Upon visiting the rogers website and speaking with the Rogers call centre representative, plan changes can be made in-store, call centre or live chat. As a result of not receiving service from this store, I missed the Dec 19, 2017 deadline to sign-up for the $60/month deal.
