Everytime I pop in the place, the people working there are always so happy to see customers go in and get some very delicious bubble Tea!! I always get Bubble tea with Lychee pieces. Sooooo yummy!! Today I went crazy and bought Strawberry Banana slushi Bubble Tea. It's soooooo yummy. I love it. I love bubble teas. I go in every now and then after school or when I'm done tutoring session in campus. Location: Inside the mall, about a 1/3 way down from MaKami College. Pretty nice spot they got. They take cash, credit and debit cards. It's in Bonnie Doon Mall in Edmonton, AB. They also said that they have a franchise in the Sherwood Park Mall. Can't wait to visit. These Pictures aren't the strawberry banana one, but of my Strawberry Mango one. It was also very delicious!!

Haven't tried any food, but the bubble tea is delicious. I like my no go Taro, coconut and mixed flavors. Definitely worth a try!Food: 4/5

Lemonade was good but was almost refused service. I work in the mall and came 7 minutes before closing and upon walking in the first thing he says to me is that they are closing, not even a hello or how are you today. the worker told me I could only have a slushie. He then said if needed a lemonade he could make it when I brought up that I had an allergy to milk products. Also he had a door dash order ready with lemonades. Why can he make lemonades for door dash near closing but not walk in customers?

I popped in to grab a drink while doing some shopping. While the effort has clearly been made to spruce the space up, it still had depressing fluorescent lighting, and the walls could maybe have been painted a brighter colour. There was a trainee working alone, and you could tell she was very overwhelmed. I stood right at the counter for about 5-6 minutes before she even saw me, and I witnessed another customer ask her if she would be receiving the drink she had ordered ten minutes before. ordered a lemon cherry, and I'm fairly certain I was just given lemon juice. I may come back to try the boba.

Every experience with this boba shop has been great and always has left a smile on my face. Their broad selections of flavours, and different toppings you can choose from is perfect. I would never get bored from picking different drinks each time i go. The customer service is also exceptional, the staff will always greet you with a smile, and is very helpful when there’s new comers trying to pick what they would want for their drink. Highly recommend this place, or if you’re at the east side they also just opened a spot in sherwood park mall with more options to pick from.

Just tried today for the first time. Raspberry lemonade was PHENOMENAL. You can just taste that it's made from real fruit; it's a bit of a Rollercoaster ride - flavor-wise. You get the sweetness of the lemonade, and other sips you get shots of real lemon chunks. So good. My only "complaint" but not really is that there were quite a few lemon seeds, but to be expected. Will definitely be back! And service was great as well.

Out of all the places in Edmonton, NONE compare to Big Squish. They have bubble tea and smoothies, but the lemonades are definitely the drinks to order. Through +30 to -30, they are always so delicious and refreshing. He uses real fruit and makes everything in front of you. Most of all, Melvin is so personable and kind, it always makes the experience so much better when you get to see him there too. An absolute must try!

Would love to give 5 stars, but employee was very rude. I was unaware the store was closing in 10 minutes, and employee named “Kurt” said “are you gonna order because can u do it a little faster so I can clean up” ! So rude! Easily could have just said “hey just gonna let you know you only have 5 minutes left to order as we are closing soon” Very poor costumed service from this employee. Extremely disappointed. Also had no tapioca pearls

A great place to customize your drinks. Staff will tell you the best drinks and what toppings will best for drinks. Highly recommend it.
