I have came here after school numerous times. I always like to try something new! Workers are friendly, drinks are great, so many options!, reasonably priced. 5/5 recommended!

Atmosphere - lets be honest, lots of questionable characters loiter in the same entrance but security is usually around everytime I've been there. Second time purchasing. First time really enjoyed the drink. Second time, store didn't have any topping options other than aloe vera and mini tapioca. I said fine to the mini tapioca.... When they handed me the drink....... This was what I paid extra for..... Stingy much? $7.50+ for that amount of tapioca is disgraceful.

October 2021 Ordered the Taro Pearl milk tea, hot drink no sugar February 2021 Ordered Oolong Milk tea with pearls. Freshly made, taste great March 2020 Newly opened bubble tea place Lots of selections to choose from From hot to cold beverages and toppings Ordered the hot ginger tea with mini pearls zero sugar and it taste great. Freshly made, quick service and friendly staff

Had the original milk tea and it was alright. The milk tea was pretty sweet. Location was hard to find but the service was quick.

Found this place finally today. Looks like it's shut down. They don't even have a number you can call. No menu on the walls and location is locked up with a gate around it. Too bad I really wanted bubble tea today.Service: 1/5

This location is always randomly closed although their hours on Google say they’re open, and when they are actually open, the one and only employee starts working 5 minutes before opening time and nothing is ready for another 20 minutes after they’re supposed to be opened. She also works with an AirPod in and often ignores customers who are standing at the counter instead of informing them that she’s not prepared. She literally just lets you stand there lol. Monetize on the lunch rush. This mall is dying.

This was my first time coming here and it will not be my last. All three of the ladies working this afternoon were friendly and inviting. They were even nice enough to let my wife and I try the Aiyu Jelly terrific , by the way. I had the Taro Pearl Milk Tea, with pudding in stead of pearls and.... I barely ever exaggerate. But it changed my life. It was almost too good. These ladies want you to have a good experience when you go there and it’ll keep me as a customer for sure. Highly recommend!

I understand that they are still learning but I waited for over 20 mins because they forgot my order entirely, and they still made both my orders wrong was not acceptable. I asked for no ice no sugar while they put 100% sugar and 100% ice. I don't recommend to anyone as they are clearly the slowest Bubble tea place I have ever been to. Expected to wait for over 20 mins and didn't get what you actually ordered because they won't make it right.

Soft Opening - Not the greatest service. This review can change if things improve. The line was long, but after ordering, it took quite some time for my drink to be made. I would say 10 to 15 minutes. It is a soft opening, so I will give them some leeway on that as the staff is still learning. The staff were quite confused and there were orders that were made that nobody claimed, likely due to a system/printing error. This just caused longer wait times as they would prepare these drinks that no one ordered, instead of the ones that people were waiting for. I ordered a drink with less ice, and from my experience with other bubble tea stores, there was still a lot of ice, I'd even say it was more ice than "regular" ice at any other place. I'm scared to see what regular ice is at this place. My "less ice" probably went up 2/5th of the cup. What's regular ice? 4/5ths?? I would suggest ordering no ice. These are the 3 options. The drink itself was good. I ordered honey milk tea. It had good flavour and was pleasant to drink. Edit : came back a week later. Everything seems to be flowing better. Ice levels are fine now.
