Thai Express

It's a franchise restaurant so don't expected too much. However one of my very important considerations when eating at Thai express is who is cooking. Some non Asian chefs may not master the stir frying skill and all they know is just to add soy sauce end up the taste is very plain and the protein is dry. The chef their knows how to add different sauces and tastes in layers so that it won't taste just like soy source. The egg is fried to fluffy and smooth (many other Thai express will make it taste like over dried scrambled egg)
