McDonald's

Had a really bad experience here. The manager on duty was extremely unprofessional and made racist comments toward us when we arrived. Completely unacceptable behavior, especially in a place that’s supposed to be welcoming to everyone. We felt disrespected and uncomfortable and will not be coming back. Management seriously needs to address this.

This place was a mess tonight! Not so busy, but none of the staff were keeping the place tidy. Sounds like they were having a fun time in the kitchen. Trays left at the tables, garbage and food on the floor, garbage bins full and stacks of trays not picked up. I guess the manager called in sick, or they were understaffed. Ususally this place is pretty clean, but tonight it was a disaster!

Although I rarely eat at any restaurant let alone fast food when I need to due to unplanned extreme hunger I will go to McDonald's and order their fish sandwich and French fries or their coffee Mcfkurry.nnThe service at this location is exceptionally unique and perfect!nnThe drive-through window employees are so kind efficient and I was uniquely impressed.nFrench fries were crisp fish sandwich on point.nnBravo!!!

Being a customer of this place for well over 20 years,the service has dwindled to a bad experience ,in or out of this franchise. Took over 20 minutes to get a simple order at the drive thru ,with order being wrong.The morning staff is unbelievably slow,and the day shift even worse. I hope the owner takes a good look at what is going on,or they will close it up.Now i drive by in the morning and there's nobody ordering. This place in the morning use to be loaded with cars moving thru rapidly and efficiently. Now it's the pits.Plus very rude.Come on owner take a look at the reviews, you're loosing customers because of the incompetence of your employes .I shall no longer go to this particular Mc Donald's.

Terrible service. Served multiple times now by rude teenagers that obviously dont care about the clients. Took my drive thru order, paid, and told me to advance to parking lot even though noone was behind me or even went through the drive thru for the 15 minutes i waited for a simple quarter pounder trio. I was about to go in when they finally brought my order of a cold burger and cold, old fries with no straw for my coke. Its understandable if maybe that employee was having a bad day to be rude and not care. Repeatedly on different visits with different occasions, there is a problem with management. I have learened to drive the extra 10 minutes to Taschereau blvd where employees are curtious and my food is fresh and hot.
