Thai Bamboo Restaurant

Ordered a delivery order (for two people) at 5:50pm. It is 7:30pm and still no food. No heads up that it would take this long. This place has great food, but unfortunately this experience is forcing us to leave a bad review. Maybe they need to remove their delivery service?? If you can't do something great, don't do it at all. UPDATE: Got the food at 7:40 (almost 2 hours later!) and it is COLD!! Happy Valentine's Day.

Consistently great. I have been ordering out from here regularly for 8 years and have always been happy with the food. Love the Tom Yum soup.

One of my all time favourites in Barrie. I go to for my birthday and when I'm picking something up to go to work. Amazing prices and big quantities, I always have enough for lunch the next day! I love the chicken pad Thai, it's easily my favourite. Always have a good experience with dining in and takeout is fast with just phoning in the order.

One of my favourites! Authentic Thai, served quick and hot. Portions are very generous (and very reasonably priced) so be prepared to take home a doggy bag. The pad Thai is excellent, and is served mild unless otherwise specified. The cellophane noodles with garlic or black bean sauce is also a good choice. This is our go-to Thai restaurant in Barrie.

The star is for the hostess' that were polite and friendly giving me even higher hopes for this so called Thai restaurant. Ordered the pad thai. Tasted like crappy Chinese takeout. Chicken was overcooked, noodles overly greasy, and two pieces of egg in big clumps. I don't think the cook has ever tasted his own cooking or ever had a pad thai in his life. I apologize for having to write a review like this. THIS IS NOT THAI FOOD.
