Went there for my wife birthday. She wanted to have ribs. Remember that they have all you can eat ribs. So six of us went,  everyone order their own plate and my wife got the ribs that she wanted. So after everyone had finish their food my wife asked if anyone wanted to try a piece of her ribs... the serve after came to the table and not very nice and in a kinda rude way .Told her that she couldn't give anyone a piece of her food. This is after everyone had order and ate their own plate. But we look over to an other table and they were sharing ribs... at the end we spend close to 200 $ and supposed had a good time. Everyone in my party was very upset. Especially at the sever named Aaron..  would not recommend it to anyone. Never going there again. Especially in Barrie. To top it all my wife got sick because of the ribs....

I was here for a pre-Valentines dinner February 13. Myself and my companion both had excellent meals and a bottle of California Cab Sauv, fairly priced at $38. We arrived about 8pm and stayed until 10pm as we were in no rush. The restaurant was not very busy. Our server, Julia, initially was very friendly and upbeat, but as the evening wore on, I felt that we were an inconvenience by lingering perhaps longer than she would have liked. That was the vibe Julia was giving off. I still tipped but not the full 20. We spent about $150 all in, so I think it was worth the restaurant's while that we were there. I'm sure Julia had better things to do than wait for us to finish and pay, so she could go home. (She left before we did) It would have been a 5 star rating if it wasn't for that little annoyance.

Love this location . Always friendly and great food. If been to different locations and this is by far the best one my family and I ate at. Date night, bdays, friends and family gathering we always go to this location.

Love the atmosphere. Keeps the kids entertained. Great servers. Food served quickly. Kinda chilly, bring a sweater.

Had the braised steak. I was looking for something lower in calories. It was tender and delicious. There are not too many filling lower calorie options at Montana's.
