We have been here a lot in the last year and really like the food. However our service tonight was not good. Had to ask waitress for rolls after 15 minutes and already ordering. She never brought us plates for them. Had to use our napkins and our salads barely came before our food showed up. Waitress kept blaming the kitchen. We brought friends here for the first time and I'm sure they won't be back. Our service has been declining last 3 or 4 visits. Please improve our favorite place! Servers have really been slacking

I was excited to try this place. I enjoyed the busy bustling friendly atmosphere. I must preface my rating. I am a vegetarian and their selection for me was limited. The salad and appetizers were average. Personally I wouldn't go back to eat here and the drinks were too pricey. On the other hand, go try the steak. I didn't hear a wow out of my adult daughter's mouth about her steak but give a try. The atmosphere makes it worth a try.

What a great experience! Drea went out of her way to make sure my parents had a nice anniversary dinner. Her kindness didn't go unnoticed and we'll definitely be back!

This Texas Roadhouse in particular has an energy about it that is positive, warm and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and well-managed, the wait staff is timely when they deliver food, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The food, 95% of the time, is cooked exactly as you've asked for it. The iced tea is weak and tastes a little watery. The rolls are often cooked in consistently and there doesn't seem to be a correction yet in the kitchen. In one visit you can have perfect roles ask for more and they are overcooked. It is the only Texas Roadhouse I've been to where there is such inconsistency with the rolls. The wait staff, when asked about it, actually said: "I'll have to see how they're coming out this time...Sometimes they're right on though" the carry out portion of the restaurant runs well and is accurate in what they give you. The bar serves strong drinks, not at all watered down, or weak. The restroom has always been clean, including the family restroom.
