Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

The service is horrible! We were seated and left there for 10-15 minutes. I flagged down a worker and ask who was supposed to be our waiter and finally got someone to get our appetizer and drinks ordered. After another 15 minutes our appetizer and drinks were served to the table behind us. We also never got any plates for our appetizer.Then when they realized what they did LISA stood there with my drinks giving me dirty looks and acted like she wasn't going to give us our drinks.She finally set our watered down drinks down and walked off with an attitude and no apology.Our waitress didn't even know what the meals we ordered we're called when she brought our slightly warm food to the table.She said ( here's your chicken whatever it is hahaha). This was the worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time or money here.This place has gone way down hill. Didn't see the manager the whole time we were there either.Other people left without ordering and it wasn't even that busy.

The New Menu is a pleasant accomplishment for Applebee's. The Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp was delicious and very low in calories. Carmen was our waitress and she was fantastic, very attentive! Seth the manager was very interactive, making the rounds asking people how their meals were! Very Pleasant Experience!

I had the 4 cheese Mac & cheese with the 🍯 honey BBQ 🐔 chicken. I expected to find the 🐔 chicken to be laying on top of the Mac & cheese. Instead, the Mac & cheese was drowning in a pool of 🍯 honey bbq.

Manager was active throughout the restaurant and the service was very good through the use of teamwork. Well done Miller Rd. Applebee's

As a rule I despise Applebees. This one was quite nice. Great waitress and great prices on half off appetizers. We were in a rush to get to the airport and they had us out in plenty of time.
