Freakin' Unbelievable Burgers

We were highly impressed with the gluten free buns, they were soft, buttery, and delicious . The burger as a whole was amazing and I loved all the topping options, especially for the fries. Don't even get me started on the pure decadence of their pumpkin milkshakes! They did goof our order the first time but they were quick and eager to correct it. The manager even made the re-order himself to ensure it was picture perfect. We love we this place, and I wish we were closer so we could visit more often.

Would be a four star place if it was anywhere else. But these are some great burgers made the right way by what seems to be great people. There are very few entrepreneurs in that area who are investing in the community with a unique business. I will support this place if I am in that area simply for that reason!

Their burgers live up to their name! A great gourmet burger made with excellent toppings to order and easy customization, served in a fast casual setting so you don't have to worry about tipping but still get a sit-down quality burger. I have tried most of their sides, which are all good, and the fried Oreo sundae is a decadent treat (would recommend sharing!).

Good food. Not great staff. Got order wrong and didn't even apologize. Corrected in a timely manner and still didn't apologize. Need more training in customer service. I said "thank you" when they brought out the correct sandwich and the reply I received was "uh huh"

Seems like a good place to go, upbeat and should have great food. I was disappointed with the taste or lack of taste of the burgers. Everyone in our group was. At this point it is not a good value. For the price I expect reasonable quality and taste of food. I recognize that food price is going up and many restaurants are cutting costs with lesser quality ingredients but you have to have good taste for your main product. I might try again in a month or two so I haven't given up but if is the same, I'm done with them. Can't recommend but will not issue a warning either.
