The best seller to do transactions with overall! I live in Toronto, a different city from the seller, so I could only do online purchases, but the shipping and delivery have never disappointed me and have always gone beyond my expectation even during the holiday season!. Best Tennis Shop!nnSame with the other reviewer here, I am based on Toronto but half of the time I do my tennis shopping with them. The shipping and turnaround time is as quick as a day or 2. It was only duing the Canada Post strike that it took some time for the delivery and even that one is not on them. I reached out to them on a Tue as I needed to buy a racquet from them and have it strung and delivered by Thurs which is my sister’s birthday. They took care of it even with the very specific stringing instructions and I was surprised that it was already on my doorstep the next day! Shoutout to Eric the Web Director who I talked over the phone and his amazing stringing team! They always have great promotions and they are always one of the first shops to get the new drops both in apparel and equipment. Thank you again for always taking care of us customers despite us living all the way from Toronto!
