I am not one to complain but I feel I need to talk about the unpleasant experience I had in your store. I was there on the 3rd and the lady who attended me was very rude and hasty, like she wanted to get rid of me or I was bothering her, which quickly was explained by the attention that she preferred to give her cellphone.She is tall, slim with long hair. If I overheard correctly her name is Katie?? It's a shame because it's a nice store with lots of choices and the other employees all seem very nice. For instance, I was there this summer and the young girl, who I remember was named Jasmine, like the Disney princess, was very helpful and amicable but, alas all it take is a bad experience like this one, especially as a first impression, to chase away a customer. Thank you.
Walking into this place March 3rd, 2019 we see there are two girls that are working. So we thought ok great! Not so great: I don't think they were there to work and help customers. They were there to answer some questions. After that it was all PR between the 2 of them. Not once was I asked if I needed help with the swimsuits. Thankfully, my husband was with me to help. He is the one that had to go back & forth to get different size bathing suits. Needless to say, we bought nothing and left. Not good customer service besides the time you walk in. Another note to mention there was only 1 other client in the store. I made this trip to PieIX Street from Ville Lasalle.
Whoever is in the business of competitive swimming must know and appreciate Aquasport in either Montreal venue. That being said, their promotions are really niche and less for the masses.
Good price, nice staff, will come back next time I need anything related to swimming.
Not an outlet/liquidation center as stated on the front store banner. Everything is expensive and what is on sale is unwearable!
Great place to find anything you need to go swimming at the pool , beach.
Got my snorkeling gear there at a very decent price.
Quite pricier but wide variety
Best place to go for serious swimmers
Very friendly and knowing staff !
