Guys damaged the cherished Caravelle watch my Dad gave to me a couple of years before he passed. All they did was change the battery last year. Apparently they bent the movement in some way. Getting new movement put into my "new" watch now. $65.00! Never going back.

Had my ring sized, the diamond that has been in there for 25 years was all of a sudden loose and fell out?!?!
