Had a Samsung s7 that I had rooted , and long story short I corrupted efs folder which made it a really expensive music player. I tried for 6 months to fix it myself , I even  took it to techbox who charged me 30 dollars for the same information I gave them when I dropped it off which was ridiculous. I had given up on the phone when I decided walked by q tech and thought just to ask. 
They assured me that they could fix it and if they could not fix it they wouldn't charge me for checking , so I didn't have anything to lose. 
Fixed same day. 
Blown away. Great customer service, they fixed the unfixable at a fair price and time and no diagnostic fee.
If your hesitating just take the phone here, if you ,like me , have a bricked device and given up hope - give these guys a chance you got nothing to lose.

Whenever i need help with anything electronic or cell phone fixing, i go here! I will remain faithful to Q-tech due to their service and friendship!
I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone!
