Service was good. It wasn't busy, and I was able to order and receive my drink quickly. And lots of unique drinks available. However, the drink I ordered was mediocre and on the expensive side. I ordered a Thai milk tea, half ice & sugar. At most BBT places, half ice & sugar is a good spot for me. Their Thai milk tea was very bland, with a slight grassy note. No creaminess that would be expected from Thai milk tea.

I'm not sure why this place is rated so low. They balanced the flavours really well, and they had offerings that I've never seen in other bubble tea places. We got the Thai Pumpkin Tea, and it was a unique combination of flavours that made sense.

Love their strawberry milk tea! I got it at 75% sweetness, which is the perfect amount of sweetness for me. The strawberry flavour doesn’t taste artificial, and the taste kind of resembles oat milk? Sadly, the pearls have always been somewhat hard the few time I’ve gotten them. I also like their matcha latte!

Had a friend take me to UBC to revisit and tour me around and we stumbled on this bubble tea spot. The staff are super friendly and drinks didn't take too long to make. I didn't really like my drink much but my orders were followed through. My friend like her drink though. I like that they have a lot of options. I see that a lot of people complain about their tapioca bubbles but I can't say because we didn't have any in our drinks.

I think they have a very cool selection of drinks offered here. Their fruit teas specifically the ruby strawberry fruit tea and the pineapple fruit tea taste really good and always have a lot of yummy fruit in them ^^ Their milk based teas feel a bit more hit or miss. I had a really good brown sugar milk tea here before. I’ve also had a strawberry milk tea that tasted a bit powdery though. I recently got another brown sugar milk tea and it’s good but there appears to be sediment like tea leaves?? in it which is not great but you can’t really taste it ^^;; I also had a weird experience where i came near closing and asked for a large fruit tea with pearls and one worker told the cashier that they have enough pearls for two regulars and then the cashier turned to me and said sorry we only have enough for a regular amt of pearls is that ok? And then the other worker said no we have enough for a large and the cashier said to him no but what if another regular comes? And they said all of this in front of me which was weird because i’m paying for a large but ur telling me you can’t give me what i’m paying for but then you actually can?? In the end i couldn’t tell the difference because there were still a lot of pearls but yeah that wasn’t really an awesome customer service move there… But yeah the teas are good esp the fruit tea, they have cool flavours and they frequently have deals so all in all i think this place is good

The staff are super friendly when they take your order. They greet you with a smile and repeat your order to make sure they got everything correct. It takes around five minutes to receive your drink. I got the mocha milk tea sugar, ice, etc. all regular, and it had no taste for me. It felt like I was tasting plain milk with ice in it. I thought it would taste like chocolate & coffee as that is the description on their website, but I was disappointed when I took a sip of it. Do not feel like I will come back here to get another drink, but I was satisfied with the customer service!

The slushes we had today were unpalatable and undrinkable . We had Watermelon dragon fruit, and passion fruit dragonfruit. It was at least 90% ice, had almost no discernible flavour ,was clearly mostly food dye and ice. i had to throw it away. Excruciatingly underwhelming honestly the worst drink I’ve ever had at a bubble tea shop. There are so many options in Vancouver, I’ll definitely choose to go somewhere else next time.

I ordered a medium strawberry milk tea with 1/2 ice and 3/4 sugar. The pearls were mediocre at best - I’m used to having brown sugar pearls, so perhaps my experience was affected by that. I didn’t expect them to be plain, tasteless, and unimpressive. The pearls were chewy and borderline hard, maybe a bit undercooked? The tea itself was average, but nothing impressive. I normally finish my drinks completely and quickly, but I left the drink unfinished. Otherwise, the customer service was great. Being an accessible location on campus, it’s a decent place to get a bubble tea fix. Not worth it for me.

I do have a higher standard for these drink, however I am here to rant as in my drink the syrup and milk powder is clearly not mixed, including a foto of a almost finished one but even there the milk powder is still visible

First time having take out milk tea I usually make it at home without pearls it was absolutely delicious. I really like that I was able to customize the sugar and ice option.
