Relatively busy location. Ordered their . Would recommended to get it with the full sweetness so the pomelos bitterness doesn't overpower the drink. They didn't skimp on the pomelo, mango slush and sago justifying the almost $8 price. This would be a good occasional drink

Very yummy Bubble Tea! A bit different than other places, the bubble tea we got was not very sweet but that actually made it better, as sometimes bubble tea can be too sweet! Definitely worth a visit!

Ordered from Doordash. A mango pudding, a coconut pudding and the Oolong one. Ended up not sending one of the items and still charging for it. The other two we received were very small and not tasty. Not ordering again

Today, I went there for the first time & I loved their customer service. I have had brown sugar bubble tea from so may places but never had one like this one. It was perfect in all ways. I loved it. This is my go to place from now onwards. I would definitely recommend this place for original bubble tea

if you looking for okay product, then maybe you can go this place, but don’t expect a service like at all, no smile, not even eye contact, and when i said thank you, not even replied, she ignored me and talk with other customer, and there was no 100 meter long queue, just me and other customer. so yeah, theres always 1st and never back again : but product was okay. so, it’s a nice bubble tea shop with zombie server

Ordered martcha and cheese slush…. Its not a slush it’s so watery…..never coming back to this location. Two drinks were not good. I even asked the girl if this is slush? And she said yeah……

They added too much water inside the drinks.. Also, most of the fruity drinks are made with syrup, not even real fruits. And they still charge you so much money which you can buy a real fruit drink at other bubble tea stores. Poor customer service and the owner is super rude!! Every drink contains nuts or cereals that are not specified in the menu. Just wanna say be careful if you have allergy. Anyway, highly don’t recommend. One of the worst bubble tea shop in van

I used to go here all the time. Loved the drinks they made for me. Today, I drank some of the most bitter tea on planet earth I ordered 50% sugar which was filled with tasteless jelly. After approximately 10 minutes I was vomiting into the toilet of a nearby cafe. Was not pleasant. As a frequented customer I’m very disappointed. I suspect they served me expired tea because it was the end of the day. Do better.

I ordered Sago with coconut milk and mango on Uber eats. But there’s no mango inside. So ridiculous.

Colleges bought a few drinks from Ben gong. The milk tea cube with tapioca?/jelly ? Their tea was so good! It’s really deep flavoured tea but very well rounded, so no bitterness although I like bitterness usually but still have complex flavours, it’s also very creamy tasting and it’s something I can drink all day. Love it !!!!!!!!! The Drinks: 5/5 everything was really good. The drinks are very fresh tasting and refreshing, and the flavours were all there. p.s. I guess the service 5/5 since my buddy goes there 3-4 times a week and comes back with smile....LOL
