TD Canada Trust

They wasted about 15 minutes of time and then told me they couldn't take my foreign money for CAD, which my friend who worked at a bank says is a lie they use to get out of extra work. I advise taking business to another location.

Been with TD for most of my life wouldn't help me when other banks did although this branch is no better or worse than others the company is rather horrible to 20 year clients. RBC offered me what I was looking for before I asked and still does. In fairness I love the Amazon pick up offered here but even 2 years later still sour on TD

Worse experience ever, as they never wanted to extend my student status, until the manager of the branch authorized the transmission, when other banks like RBC extend the student account status over the phone

I've used TD all my life for both personal and business. I moved to New Westminster recently and was happy to have a TD close to my new place. On two occasions I've had horrible experiences. The first was a couple months ago when I went into the bank to deal with 4 or 5 different things. Not once after completing a task for me did the teller ask me if there was anything else she could do for me - I had to prompt her time and time again. Not to mention that when she entered my new address, which I wrote down for her, she entered it in incorrectly thus giving me hell when trying to make online purchases. Recently I returned to the bank as I was having issues with my business debit card, the teller and their manager questioned my identity and were extremely rude.
