Brutal parking.  Never easy to get to unless you are going first thing in the morning.  I have parked on a Regina Street to walk to the bank.  This location cannot be friendly to seniors or people with disabilities, lots of effort just to get to the door.

I went in with a problem and they resolved it for me. TD really is the best bank when it comes to customer service.
