This particular location is very poor. While the hours of operation are nice... That is solely due to the corporate strategy. Three employees I found particularly useless and simply playing the role in their cushy corporate job. If you want exceptional customer service either call the toll free number or find another branch. I gave it one star out of pity.

I have been a Canada Trust customer for 45 years.  This TD Canada Trust branch is located in a great place, and the staff is wonderful.  No matter how long the lineup may be (end of the month), I have NEVER waited more than 8 minutes to get service.  Bravo to the staff!

Great staff but the lineups are so long whenever I go! They need more tellers at peak times. Waiting 20-25 minutes is not acceptable just to see a teller on an average business day
