Great helpful people although you're always in line for a long time. Phone in for appointments keep you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes.

the staff are great the facilties are allways clean and organized. The lengthy waits are absaloutly horendous No matter when I come for business or personal banking I'm gurenteed to spend a good 15 to 20 min standing in line. There's no chairs for elderly people when waiting in line so they don't lose there spot. And the lame carpet that holds 3 people hardly makes it more comfortable for the clients.

Been with this RBC branch for some time, staff are great, they can help and take the time to explain things if you are not sure about something.
