Staff are nice but only 2 counters so really long line ups. Additional staff in their offices on computers but doesn't help the in store customer - perhaps give them the option to help counter customers at the busiest times. I'm a Premier customer and no obvious option to speak with a premier representative without booking ahead either. Come on HSBC - help your branches and their customers out....your staff are doing their best but you've got to provide them with the infrastructure to help their customers. To reiterate - Staff are always really kind and helpful.

They made a mistake and withdrew my mortgage payment 3 times in a week. They wouldn’t refund my 2 additional payments and only applied it to the backend of my mortgage. Horrible

Being with this bank for 9 years, they suddenly decided to close one of my accounts for no reason. The account has been maintained in good balance all the time. Now I have to move to another bank, probably closing all my accounts. Bad experience after all these years.
