This bank seems to give out the best mortgages in the Chilliwack area from what I have experienced. Joan Gill used to be my go-to guy ands back in the day they used to bribe my with a tray full of food.... and I loved it. those days at this credit union seem to be in the past now and I found it a bit frustrating that as soon as I was able to build rapport with a mortgage specialist that they would always move up the ladder to another branch, but I am happy to see them promote from within the company.

The line up in this bank is a minimum of 30 mins to 1 1/2 hours each time I have to go. So maybe they should try and hire more staff or get a bigger building so people aren’t line up on top of each other.

Highly recommended. Michelle was amazing in handling our mortgage. We switched all investments over with Wade Rayner. No pressure. Just first class service all the way. Won't go anywhere else.

Always helpful and very efficient staff..if there is a line of customers it moves quite quickly. Really happy with the service I've received here.

Within the past 3 years, they have given me a visa card that they can't help me with inside their brand, a mobile app that's constantly down, and not very helpful service in store either

They go the extra mile. They welcomed me even though my branch is in Agassiz but now I live in Chilliwack; they make me feel like this is my home branch now.

Opening of the branches had better happen soon. 3pm is not a great closing time for a lot of people.
