Always too busy. Wait time tooooooo long. No smiles on the face of server. Seem like they are bored all the time. Sorry had to say that. I go often to this branch.

None of the advisor have any knowledge. Worst service. I would give 0 points if possible. Worst location.

This branch is unfortunately closest to where I have lived for 8+ years. Generally speaking, the service is atrocious. Do the RBC higher-up's look at the reviews for this branch--which are abysmal--or do any internal assessments? Unless RBC fixes what is broken here, they will pay the consequences in the form of unsatisfied customers and lost business.

Terrible cus service. Wating 10min in line...only one counter open & long line up. Can see others chatting instead of serving customers. Not visiting this br no more😣
