TD Canada Trust

I have been banking with this Branch for several years and they have been nothing short of excellent. The Branch manager Vic is always helpful both on a professional and personal level. The staff is always happy and have gone out of their way on more then one occasion to help me and my family. Each staff member always has a smile and seems to enjoy working there. They contribute to the community and always take part in local events. This is by far the best branch I have ever dealt with.. I would never leave them as they are both professional and personal friends.

I need help to push an ICBC payment through until my cheque comes in. There is a delay & it is being re-sent yet I require overdraft or just help at this moment so the payment is received. Thanks so much, Andrea Eady Cheqing account ICBC payment

Have been a customer for many years and had a issue with a bad cheq and was waiting for the release on the cheq as I heard I had a extra 5 or so business days to wait for the cheq to clear and I had no problem with that and was advised by TD to leave the funds until the cheq cleared... So I waited was told that the release of the cheq was midnight of the 13th and they (as far from the whispering) couldn't figure why it had bounce but then realized they didn't finish processing it. In hand and having the funds for 2 hours before depositing it into a separate account as supplied with.... and after depositing get a call from TD saying it bounced! I would say WTF and did express my issue and had no resolution other than the branch manager saying when am I paying it back... Vik I believe his name is.... And at that the teller out in lobby asking for cash with her hand out like I was to feed it back asap... Really come on TD that was a ignorant mistake that they don't even want to address now. Had better service from RBC and tehy at least tried to figure it out rather than play this stupid Blame Game. Grow up!
