the customer service here is terrible. i have had the displeasure of conversating with these nitwits and i want to RUN out of this place. Also, their ATM is only open for a few hours/day. STAY AWAY

Staff is really polite and helpful. Explain each and everything in a brief manner .

I had one encounter with Charanjeet (C.J.) Grewal and it will definitely be my LAST!!! She has a condescending and dismissive attitude, and she was beyond unhelpful and unaccommodating. I had had an incredible experience with another financial advisor (same Scotiabank branch in Dilworth) and so I actually had high hopes prior to my meeting with CHARANJEET GREWAL. As a financial advisor, it is expected to at least show some respect to your clients regardless of their social status. However, Mrs. CJ Grewal was different. She was very disrespectful and cold towards me and my partner throughout the duration of our meeting, she did not even look or glance at us until I got irritated and told her that she was very unhelpful. I was there to seek advice, yet I only received nothing but poor treatment. Not only she has an insensitive personality, but her service was equally unsatisfactory. As expected, my appointment with her did not turn out well. Due to my frustration, I turned to the Branch Manager Mr. Ward Fitzpatrick and alas, I did not only get the proper ‘human’ treatment, but I also received useful and imperative ‘pieces of advice’ with regard to my inquiry. My experience with Charanjeet C.J. Grewal made me feel belittled. Thus, I don’t recommend having her as your financial advisor especially if you're inquiring about mortgages unless you’re one of those people who sleep on a bed of cash and gold.
