Worst customer service and branch manager a bank could ask for. Three months and counting to resolve an issue thats needed to be addressed. Congratulations on running the BMO name through the mud with your customer service skills.

Went into get my credit card activated and there was a long line and no movement. Luckily the customer service agent pulled me out of the line to help. She was very attentive and determined to get to the bottom of everything (my card was labelled as fraud even though it hadn't even been activated). The reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is due to the long lines and slow movement, the awkward location of the bank and the unfortunate circus the actually company had put me through.

Long wait to see the teller, once I was at the teller the service was excellent! Young energetic employee and extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful.

Friendly staff, not too busy. It's weird going to a new bank when you're used to knowing everyone at your own branch by name.
