Not usually one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to share this experience.nnMy children used to take classes here about a year ago and it was a decent experience at the time. However, things seem to have gone downhill since then. I recently attended a friend’s birthday party at this facility as a guest, and it was honestly hard to watch.nnThere was a significant delay getting into the party room because the previous group was still wrapping up. It felt like the company was prioritizing profit over people, squeezing in too many bookings without leaving proper time between parties. As a result, there was chaos: one coach was left to manage about 20 kids on the gym floor while the other two scrambled to set up for our group.nnTo make matters worse, we asked to speak with a manager to address the situation—but there was no manager on-site, or at least no one available to speak with us. This makes guests feeling frustrated and overlooked!!nnTo be clear—I don’t blame the coaches. They were clearly doing their best and working extremely hard under pressure. The real issue lies with the company’s poor scheduling and lack of consideration for both staff and guests.nnAs we were leaving, we saw the same thing happening to the group after us. It’s a clear pattern.nnDo better. Respect your customers, and provide the experience people are paying for.

Reading some of these reviews scared me, luckily I didn't see them until after I had already booked, a day before the birthday party I'd scheduled in fact, and thank goodness for that because these reviews might have scared me away from booking. I just had my daughter's 5th birthday and it was such a wonderful experience top to bottom.nGreat staff in the front office, great coaches for the kids in the gym, great party room setup and did not feel rushed or anything. Extremely accommodating. And after the crap show I dealt with at chuck e cheese the night before for just 6 kids, AIM handled our 15+ group of kids with ease.n10/10

My family was there for 2 parties today. One for our neighbor's party my son's friend and another for a family friend my daughter's age. We were so excited as it was our first time at this location. I have every intention to sign up both my kids to a trial class and later enroll if they like it but looks like that's not going to happen because of this untoward incident that happened with my daughter and this irresponsible coach/spotter/party attendant? Addison who failed to do her job and help or at least pay attention to the kids she should be watching ON THE FLOOR. See pictures for reference. I screencapped from video. She did not even look and hear my daughter crying for help when she fell off balance from the trampoline. My husband even rushed to see if my daughter was okay. Not even an ounce of compassion from any of the 3 who are supposed to be watching the kids in the party.nnKeep in mind, this is a party with kids who are not gymnasts and it is my daughter's first time to this place most likely the last! and I wish I have read all the negative reviews on here before coming. This place is run by kids who DO NOT CARE about your kids. They failed to take ownership when I brought it up to the lady at the desk. A sincere apology and a listening ear would have been nice but instead, Addison went on to say it was not her zone. Who then is responsible for that?! The attitude and work ethic of this girl should be looked into. Whether her mind is elsewhere at that time, failed to see the fall or just plainly did not care just goes to show what kind of staff you have and how this place is run.nnI would not entrust my kids to these negligent party attendants who would not even give a damn if your kids fall and get hurt. I guess that's what the waiver is for. I did not want to go full-on Karen there and ruin the parties but at least I know the negative reviews on this place are 100% correct.

My daughter recently joined the Ajax location and loves it. Her coach, Jediah is amazing. In a short few weeks, my daughter's form an ability to do handstands and cartwheels has improved.nAdditionally, she had her birthday party this past weekend and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Everything from booking, to set up and clean up was seamless. The staff is very supportive and customer service is excellent. A special shout out to Kei- Ah, Destiny and Melissa.nnI have also heard amazing things about the Pickering location. Will be checking it out next.

Do not waste your money here. Unless you want to bring your children for expensive babysitting. 3 classes in a row where my child is not doing anything. Supervisor do not step in to help coach.nnWhen i enrolled my daughter I was told there will be 2 coaches in one class but nope, one coach is trying to handle the class with 2 special need children.nnI feel sorry for the coach. She needs another person to help out but greedy company won’t hire more people. Supervisor just sitting there chilling instead of helping coach.
