We came here for a birthday party and were not very impressed. The staff were not very friendly and I felt that the overall atmosphere was not what I was expecting for a birthday party. We were considering having our daughters birthday here, but given our experience we will make another choice. For future, you should make sure all staff makes guests feel welcome. A simple hello or smile wouldn’t kill you, especially when families are here for a birthday party.

Classes are good but trainers do not provide proper attention to all the kids. They are just focused and helpful to kids who already doing good in the classes. The job of teachers/trainers is to teach kids how to they are not comfortable in. Classes are good only for kids who are generally good in physical activities because trainers do not put any effort to make other kids comfortable or teach them techniques. Even if you have to raise concern they have ridiculous process of doing it over the email not in person with the trainer.

Good summer camp options, half-day or full-day. Kids get a decent amount of movement and being active, plus arts & crafts. 4 stars because some of the coaches, who all seem to be high-school age, seem to be much better than others as far as coaching and communicating.

We attended a birthday party here and the staff was not very friendly and looked uninterested. They didn't laugh or smile or engage with the parents or kids. I feel like at a birthday party the kids should be laughing and having a good time but most of the kids look as if they were just here to take a lesson.

Shortage of staff and not very caring coaches. 20+ kids in one class with one coach and not enough attention and efforts by the coaches to teach techniques to new students who need help to learn. Most of the time kids wait in line up for moves. They start few minutes late and finish few minutes early. I have complained couple of times to the admin staff and never heard back from the supervisor despite the promises.

I wish i could give - stars. Over the course of the last couple weeks, my 3 year old daughter has become increasingly nervous and scared to go to gymnastics. I have been unsure as to why this has been happening however this week, she accidentally spilled water and when the coach asked who did it she did not answer she later told me she was scared to tell him she made the mistake and then lectured her on “ Lying “. He also constantly acts like he is annoyed and frustrated with her… she is 3 and this is literally his job. After the class, a mother came up to me and said she was absolutely disgusted with how the coach treated my daughter. I called multiple times and nobody is getting back to me and just letting you know that they’re very “ busy “… please do not ever bring your kids here

Had our little ones bday party here on Sunday and it was such a great experience. Jade and Lindsay fantastic. They took the time to answer my multitude of questions and date changes. The facility it spacious, open, airy and clean. We lucked out and had the whole place to ourselves, which was the cherry on top! We'll be signing up for classes now.

My 1 year old and I came to trial the Tall & Small walking - 3 years class. My daughter, although a strong walker and mover, wasn't quite ready for this class as she doesn't respond to enough verbal cues. While we won't be joining just yet because of this, we're glad we came for a trial and we will definitely be back soon. Thanks for being patient with my little one, Coach Jamie!

Worst place I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I requested to cancel my son’s class over the phone because other activities wouldn’t allow him to make it. They didn’t give any other suggestions alternative date or time over the phone and said all I have to do is email them. So I emailed them and they ended up dragging the emails by asking if we want another day/time. First of all why would they have not asked that over the phone. It seems like they were trying to drag this on so they can charge for the month of June. Second, shouldn’t it be cancelled the minute we gave the written notice as per the phone call. Anyways, the emails drag as I suggested another day and time and they end up asking me again via email to suggest another day and time. Unfortunately, by this time my whole family caught Covid and I was not able to respond and they charged me again for the next month’s membership + Ontario gymnastics fee. When I spoke to Nicole over the phone, she was extremely rude, accused me of lying and requesting another written cancellation notice. She had no idea what was going on until I actually told her about the email I had sent 2 months ago. She was very rude and tried to blame this on me for not responding when I pointed out to her that it was them that didn’t answer my date and time and kept asking me the same question again. She only offered to refund the month ofJuly class session. I explained to her that it is not our fault that they tried to drag this via email, she ended up hanging up the phone on me. I called her back and no one answered. I wonder if they will now charge us for another month. Also, the gym itself is not cleaned properly especially with Covid. I have never seen them clean the place before or after any class.

AIM gymnastics wasn't the best environment for my toddler. All the sessions are run simultaneously so theres a lot happening and lots of kids from different age groups. Every week for 3 weeks they had a different teacher and although this age is difficult, the instructors were not so patient or hands on with the children in assisting them with the moves. It seems a bit unorganized and the first session we went to, we wanted to check in and it seems like the front desk staff are always busy and on the phone.
