This place is fantastic it’s only been a short time but I love this place. Coming in I was overweight and self conscious but everyone was warm and welcoming, a wonderful community. My kids do the cross fit kids and look forward to it every week. Simon is very knowledgeable and a great coach. Ashely selects tough workouts that are amazing. You gotta check this place out! Highly recommended!

This is a great place to get in shape. No matter your goals. Whether it's sports, strength gain, endurance training or weight loss. You can achieve so much with great coaching in a great facility!

I started on Sep 2015. I couldn't even tie my own shoes and had to put a stop to it. Had many doubts as it was seeming to be a quite extreme sport to me and things have proven it that I was wrong. I like that the trainer Simon knows the limits for both us. He just motivates you the right dose and this helps you to see that you actually achieve things. The significant thing in just 3 months was that I was extremely flexible after this period and was able to move much quicker than before. I love this place, everyday we’re doing something different and some workouts do feel like playing games. Thank you Simon for all your help and being patient with me. Love this place…

For the past six months I've been training at CrossFit Living The Dream Ajax and I don't think I'll ever stop. I've never enjoyed working out as much as I do here and I've seen many positive results. Our box is made up of a very encouraging and supportive group of people. No matter what your skill level, Simon and Ashley are friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable, it's like no other gym I've been to before.

I started at CrossFit LTD in December 2015 when my daughter (doing xfit in Kingston) came home for the holidays and challenged me to join her. I play tennis regularly and thought 'sure, whatever, sounds fun'. Well I learned a few things: I thought I was fit, but I wasn't really... not in terms of well-rounded capability, flexibility, endurance, and even attitude. Ashley and Simon, the proprietors and trainers, are outstanding - whether you're there just to get fit, or there to grow into competition, they support your goals and in every sense make the experience a rewarding self-development journey, no matter your level or limitations. The fitness is hard, but the great thing about CrossFit is that you go at your pace - the whole process is designed to be challenging at your level so that you're always improving, bit by bit, but at a pace that is really quite surprising. Great job CrossFit LTD... I'm certainly hooked and I don't think I'll ever stop coming.
