Great place for everyone, beginner & experienced. With a variety of classes and equipment to keep you on your toes. They really set you up as much as possible to get the best out of you short & long term. 

It may seem more expensive than other gym's but what you get for your money here is way beyond what competitors can offer. (because they actually care here)

Try it out for a week, you'll only better yourself for it. I honestly cant say enough good things about this place.

I've only been a member for a few weeks now and I'm already down over 10 pounds. The staff are great and REALLY know there stuff. The members all work together and help each other out. Whether it's to push yourself a little further or helping to coach callisthenics. I canceled my membership to Goodlife and happily come to TLH almost everyday for their boot camps which are different every single day.
