One of the best sit down restaurant in the downtown Vancouver area. We've already visited twice and loved the food the both times. We had quite a spread for vegetarians. It's a tad bit expensive but they make it up with the quality and taste.nWe liked the corn Chops and garden noodles. The samosa was also tasty and brought back some of memories from India. We had lacha paratha and tandoori roti, both of it were soft and well made. We loved the shahi paneer and would have preferred it slightly more spicy although it's considered a sweeter entree.nWe sat at the patio this time and the service was great, they kept checking on us to see if we're feeling cold.nThis city has a lot of good Indian restaurants, but would recommend this a sure place to visit when in time crunch.
We went there last week, and I love this place. I never regretted my decision to go there. The paneer tacos were a solid 20 out of 10, the best I've ever had. Our host was really helpful throughout. The drink he made for us was delicious. With light music and a beautiful aura, we weren't rushed out after finishing our meals.
High quality tasty Indian food. I have visited both locations in Surrey and Yaletown many times and always enjoy my meal. Recommendations would be for timely service— you can be waiting for some time to talk to your server. Also the ambiance does not refer a true Indian restaurant. Music is not culturally appropriate
Tasty Indian Bistro - fine dining place has nice ambience. We tried corn chops, chicken boa bun, veg biryani and lime mojito. Food was served fast. Service was quick and food tasted delicious. Its nice candle date type place.
