Poor customer service and stingy. The restaurant made a mistake and mixed up my order when I went to pickup. I had ordered the butter chicken but got the curry chicken. When I called them to report their mistake instead of making me a new order they gave me a tiny cup of butter chicken as replacement. How cheap is that? I measured how much of butter chicken they gave compared to the regular portion and it’s not even half of what I should be getting see pictures. This used to be my go to for Indian food but now I’m really turned down by their service and may not come back again.
This place is open 24/7, which is awesome, and it's kinda clean. The sweets are great but the other food is pretty meh. But let me tell you, the service is like watching glaciers move. Sometimes, they straight-up forget about you. Last time, I waited over 30 minutes for my order of Samosas, and it turns out it was just chilling on the back counter.
This place happens to be my husband’s all time favourite sweet store for its jilebi. The quality of their sweets has remained fresh at anytime of purchase. Savouries like samosa and pakoras are a hit here. Definitely recommend.
Today, we visited DALIWAL SWEET to purchase 1.5 pounds of paneer. We asked them to weigh it properly, but they mistakenly charged us for 1.7 pounds instead of 1 pound, amounting to $10. This resulted in us being overcharged by $4. Additionally, the cashier made an error in the total amount, and we ended up paying more.nnWhen we returned to address the issue, the staff gave us bad expressions and were unhelpful. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store. The service was disappointing, and it’s not worth the hassle.
One of the best indian food you’ll get in Metro Vancouver. Overall the experience was great. And one should try new mango shake. One of the best experience you will have in Vancouver.
