This was my first time visiting the restaurant. The food was ok for me - I have heard great reviews from friends and family about the food, perhaps it was just one off. The server was super friendly and checked in regularly. One thing that disappointed me immensely was the placement of plastic disposable water bottles at every single table. I truly wish their business was conscious about climate change and sustainability. The use of one time use water bottles vs. being served water in steel or glass tumblers is something I haven't experienced at other sit down restaurants. I really wish the management would change this practice and adopt more sustainable practices. The spoon provided to mix sugar in the tea could easily have been a stainless steel one vs. single use plastic. It takes 450 years for a plastic bottle to decompose! This experience would deter me from visiting the restaurant again unless the management stops using single use plastic bottles for sit downs. Thanks so much for your consideration!
Dosa Factory hands down offers the best South Indian cuisine at a reasonable price especially on Mondays where it’s 8.99$ on every dosa The crowd gets crazy though, however, staff is exceptionally accommodating & welcoming. I’ve been here 2 times in last 2 weeks & Siva has especially helped me out with the service… The servers there are also sweet given the crowd And would 10/10 visit. Also their Mango Kulfi is a MUST HAVE
Our first time visiting and my first time trying a Dosa. The restaurant was very basic but clean. Lots of spacious seating. Bright. The service was simple and polite. We ordered things that we weren’t familiar with but it was all good.nnBUTTER CHICKEN DOSAnBUTTER MASALA DOSA: tasty chicken. Nice potatoes. Quite generous even though it was wrapped inside the dosa. The dosas were huge. I liked the butter chicken more but I think this was just personal preference. The dosas were big and crispy with generous portions so there was lots that didn’t get soft with the filling.nnYOGURT VADA. Never tried this before but it comes in a bowl of yogurt with maybe three pieces of the vada. Not terribly exciting but it tasted good. I’m not an expert but the vada was unexpectedly dry and crumbly. I wouldn’t order it again because I felt like I wasted the extra yogurt in the bowl.nnMIX VEG UTHAPPAM: this was good and crispy. A different way to have the mixed vegetables. I was already full but my family wanted more food but this was delicious so I kept eating.nnOverall we would totally come back. Such good value for tasty interesting food. We still have to make our way through some of the other items we haven’t tried.
What delicious dosas they make here! We had a palak paneer dosa and a paper dosa with lamb for lunch. I’ve rarely had such a flavourful dosa palak paneer. They were so filling that we couldn’t eat supper later! The dosas themselves were crisp and delightful. And the chutneys and sambal were first rate. The service was pretty slow but the servers were kindly. I have to admit it was worth the wait!
This place is very clean and modern inside which was nice and the plants are beautiful and the staff was very attentive and kind and passionate about the food. I had my first Dosa! We ordered the paper Dosa it was huge and the presentation was impressive. I also ordered a vegetarian flat bread dish that was very fresh and delicious. The lamb and potato dish was also perfectly cooked and balanced, be sure to try the tamarind chutney as well
