These guys will spend hours educating people on blade steel, quality, ergonomics, warranty, and if they do not have it they will get it for you in the version you want. They are competitive to online. The best part is they get knives direct from the manufacturer, not clones or knock offs from china. They will tell you everything you can expect from steel types and match you up with what if perfect for your needs. They do not push a brand of any kind, they care about what you will be happy with. Lots of these folding knives or even kitchen knives look good online till you pick them up and they are too small in the handle, or too narrow or too thick for your hand. This way you can feel them and see if you love it or not rather than look at it online and then “live with it” later. On a few things prices can be higher than online, but factor in the cost of shipping something back to china or the U.S. and your time shipping it then shopping again and waiting a couple weeks for delivery.....hell with it maybe its $15 higher. What is the shipping and fuel and time worth? You will never leave thinking “I wish I wouldn’t have bought this..too late now I guess it will do.” You will leave smiling with your purchase.

Just want to say a thank you to Rowland. Your store is a hidden Gem within Calgary. Not allot of people know about it, you really have to be looking where to get the best knives in Calgary to find out about Target. My shopping experience was pretty good one I went in to purchase a couple knives for work stripping wire + general purpose. I must have looked at knives for an hour. The younger sales person was extremely knowledgeable. I would totally recommend this store if your interested in purchasing the best knives out there.

What a great selection of quality and hard to find items! They have everything for the beginner, scout, enthusiast right up to the hard core collector. Rolland is really cool and took the time to show me around the store. Lots of quality knives and swords on sale too! Highly recommend. This tiny store is loaded with treasure:

There aren't many places where you can see this kind of selection and handle the knives so readily. The service is phenomenal. The prices are competitive. The selection is impressive.

Cool little knife shop. The young man helping me was really friendly, pretty knowledgeable about knife stuff. He didn't push me to buy stuff now and quickly, he took his time and didn't rush me, this is what I really liked, great customer service. The store inventory I noticed was a bit messy and cluttered. But aside from that_no complaints. I look forward to returning soon.

I've been to this store meany time, every time I visit they have a new knives. I did go in ones though and they did not have the knife I wanted so Rowland ordered it for me, right when he received it he called me to alert me that he had it. He is a very helpful person knows every thing there is to know about knives and will help you find the perfect one!! Go visit the store if you r a collector or even just looking for a knife Because i know your will love it

Bought my first knife here after having visited many shops. Staff are knowledgeable and they have lots to chose from. Prices can vary from 10$-300$ and up, so they’ve got options for everyone :

First time going into target knives after driving past for a couple years now. I'm glad I finally went in, they had every knife I could ever imagine playing with! It was an amazing experience and I will be going back weekly to hangout and play with some beautiful and exceptional knives !

All of the knives I looked at were priced $50 higher than places like Amazon and other online retailers. I still bought it to support the local store as I understand the dilemma knife stores are currently going through with importing folders.
