Norseman Outdoor Specialist

Norseman is currently taking bookings by appointment only. I went in looking for a new pair of hiking/backpacking boots. Pete was really knowledgeable and helped me find the best boots for my narrow heels. This was my first visit to the store and I will definitely be back! The service is great.

We have purchased several pairs of cross country skis here over the years. The service has always been excellent. The staff members are very knowledgeable and have made personalized recommendations matched well to our needs. This Norseman has been in the city for many years and is very much a part of the community.

I don't think I've ever been to an outdoor store that has a more knowledgeable staff and better selection of gear. The store is not huge, but they have carefully selected quality gear. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend Norseman and Pete Minions my Norwegian Outdoor Specialist. I was looking for XC poles which are apparently sold out city wide, and he found me a set and even cut them down to the size I needed. Excellent service at Norseman, highly recommended. Dan L.

Very poor experience! It wasn't overly busy in the store but it felt like the staff members I spoke to didn't have the time of day for me! I ended up leaving without buying anything. Recommend you take your business somewhere else if you want good service!
