Variety of rental equipments. We are blessed in Calgary to have these rental prices. Staff are super friendly and helpful with the process.
My boyfriend and I rented 2 stand-up paddle boards from here included was roller bag for the boards, air pump, hose, boards and size-adjustable paddles. Dry bags are an additional charge. Price is ok, but still steep for the condition of the equipment $38 each for the whole day The foam on the boards was sun faded, picked at from previous customers, and overall showing its age. However, as we were starting to inflate them, we noticed that one of the hoses used to connect the air pump to the valve wasn’t sealing properly, so it constantly leaked air as we were trying to fill it. Fortunately, the other hose sealed fine so we used that to fill up both. Then, we noticed that on one of the paddle handles, the clasp that allowed it to be size adjustable was completely broken in half. I attached a picture to this review. The staff were friendly and apologetic when I returned the equipment at the end of the day, but I really thought they would inspect their returned gear more thoroughly before renting it out again. I would probably rent again, though.
Great gear and good rates. Program provide professional instruction for very good value. In short a great place to get introduced to the outdoors!

Best rental centre ever! Great people working there - friendly, relaxed and totally knowledgeable. Booked my gear online and they had it pulled and ready at the time I set for pickup. Good quality equipment and excellent prices. Skied and boarded on the gear for 3 days and zero problems.
I've been going to the Climbing wall for over 20 years. Over the years, they started adding more and more plastic holds to the wall. This is a unique wall made of real rock and concrete. The features on this wall is 100+ years ahead of its time, in design wise. Every single wall is unique, and creates an experience you will never find anywhere else. From tiny pebbles, to finger crack, smearing to hand jamb crack climbing. Adding all those plastic holds, makes it impossible to achieve the same feeling you would get from the wall's original intention. It is like killing your heritage, destroying an heritage building. I think it should be kept to a minimum, to save the true intention of the wall. It is the best wall ever. It teaches a climber what to expect in outdoors.
I rented a canoe from Sunday to Tuesday in Aug 2019!! You will need to rent the paddles separate however PFDs and throw bags come free. They also have foam blocks you can rent if you don’t have a roof rack. Staff will assist with getting rentals onto/off of your vehicle however will not tie down. I used the canoe many places through Banff including Lake Louise!! Saved me a lot of money compared to the $130-something the boat house charges.
Awesome and very affordable rental service! I've rented cross country skis form here a bunch of times now and everyone is so lovely. One guy's been especially helpful the last couple times with sizing etc, should have gotten his name but didn't anyway thanks for all your great help!
Great selection of equipment for a variety of outdoor adventures. Check website for info and booking.
Okay place to rent gear from and they have a larger selection year round than anywhere else. Have had issues skin glue, parts falling off with their gear so maybe don't take it on a 5 day traverse.
