Actually I would give 4.5stars. everyone is very friendly and helpful. Went there the first time to look at hiking boots and bought some. Fella was very helpful. Wore them around the house for a couple days and found they weren't for me. Returned them and tried some other boots that I hadn't tried. Found a pair that at this point seems great. Will know in a few days of wearing around if these are the ones. They also have a great variety of other camping/ outdoor stuff. I'm impressed.
I needed a pair of hiking shoes and they had a great variety. They apparently only carry waterproof brands. The gentleman who helped me wore a bandana but I didn’t get his name…super helpful and informative. He told me how they should feel on my feet and after selecting my pair told me if there were any pressure points to bring them back and they could adjust them. I wore them briefly at home and then did my first hike - about 18k. No problems and super comfy!!! Thank you!!
A pretty decent alternative to the bigger named stores. The store tries to ensure all employees are knowledgeable so feel free to ask questions. They have a great selection of outerwear, camping gear and tents. Watersports is lacking and I wouldn't recommend going for that. Everything else though I would recommend.
Great outdoor adventure store that has everything a person would need to enjoy the outdoors with top quality gear. I've been shopping there since about 2000 when it was Campers Village. I think they have the best selection of Saloman, Outdoor Research, Mountain Hardware and Ice Breaker clothing which are my favorites.
It's a lot bigger than you think! A wonderful store with a great variety of camping gear, clothing, climbing gear and even car tent setups. The staff is friendly and helpful - love they they don't badger you and follow you around, which gives you room to explore on your own. They have a good selection of gear including brands that most other outdoor stores don't carry. Bonus is that they're local also.
Bought a tent from them, one year later the zipper broke. I have NEVER had better customer service. Then bent over backwards to ensure they were able to honor the warranty. My now goto camp supply store
Great store and staff. The buckle on my OR gaitors broke, took it in for warranty and within 20 seconds I was out with a brand new pair. They even agreed to give me one a size smaller since the previous pair was too big.
One of my favorite places to get stuff for my RV and camping experiences. Small but staffed with knowledgeable people.
Love this store. Literally everything you need for the outdoors. Staff is super helpful. It's pricey but everything I got here was worth it and superb quality. Highly recommend. I like it better than mec. Which is Literally next to my house but I drive here.
Awesome experience! Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Purchased sleeping bag camp stove, runners, trekking poles. All with a birthday discount. Love this store.
