NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I rarely give one star reviews however all guards with this company have made scary situations worse. All black bird security guards are under trained and aggravate and escalate situations. I have had several situations where I call security and 20-30 minutes later they will show or not at all. Then they will aggravate the situation and leave. This leaves me alone with the aggressor in a worse situation then when I asked for help. Recently someone was doing heroin in our store bathroom and it took security 2 calls and 1 hour to show up. By then the person had destroyed our washroom and screamed at our customers. Again today someone was swearing at me and customers. Instead of properly dealing with the situation security dragged 2 random homeless men from within the mall into my store to check if I wanted these specific men kicked out. He then left leaving me alone with these two men who were loitering outside my storefront waiting for me to be alone and close. Incidents such as these happen weekly with is company Now I don’t call security now I call the police.
I was disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Blackbird Security's guards, who did not wear proper uniforms and lacked adherence to clear guidelines and protocols. As a customer, I expect a high level of professionalism and competence, and I hope the company takes steps to improve the consistency and reputation of their services.
Very friendly staff, Helpful and productive! Allan comes in often to make sure the guards are doing what needs to get done and always making sure that we know if we have any questions or anything like that he’s here to help. We appreciate you guys.
Blackbird security is the Best security company to ever work in, highly recommended. Well managed, Professional and have the best perks. I am delighted to work in this kind of environment.
BEWARE!!!!!! On December 1, 2022 my rights were violated by Black Bird Security. I reported the SERIOUS incident to the head office. Nearly 3 months later, not a single reply to any communication. This company WILL be held accountable. I was assaulted and was held against my will! Very unprofessional. Video evidence of this incident exists.
