Such a great space to train in and amazing trainers! I work out with Raffy and Katrina twice a week and they both have so much knowledgeable and are super motivating! Would highly recommend this gym!
Went in with a group. The Kingston was very helpful and the staff are great. If organizing a group event just plan it for a night where there is no hockey it other large event in the neighbourhood.
Best gym in vancouver. Taren is an amazing trainer. I've been to Neil, Paul and Janella. they're all top notch.
